    7-Day Unconditional Returns:

    • Request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date
    • Return shipping is covered by navstylea

    In the event that an item is found to be defective, of substandard quality, or does not correspond to the product description, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

    • The product should be in its original condition with packaging intact

    If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation and provide proof of non-delivery. Verified claims will be either replaced or refunded.

    Refused Delivery

    • Refunds for refused packages will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Unauthorized Returns

    • Items returned without prior approval may be refused
    • Any shipping costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer

    In order to protect our customers and business, navstylea reserves the right to refuse returns that are deemed to be excessive due to wear and tear, misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of this policy.
